Constituency Chair: Alan Butcher

To chair Constituency meetings and determine the agenda in consultation with other officers and coordinators. To work with them to ensure Labour activity in our Constituency is progressing.

Constituency Vice Chair/Campaign Manager: Steve Newman

To chair meetings in the absence of the Chair and work with the Chair to ensure Labour activity in our Constituency is progressing. To convene campaign meetings and plan and execute local campaigns. To ensure the Branches liaise regularly to share ideas and resources.

Vice Chair/Membership Secretary: Linda Shepperd

To chair meetings in the absence of the Chair and Vice Chair and to work with others on creating a Membership Welcome Pack, contacting members and supporters and chasing lapsed members and to maintain the accuracy of the membership and supporters list. Email: membership@brllp.org

Secretary: Jerry Tomlinson

To ensure the necessary business of the Constituency is dealt with in a timely fashion, to administer Constituency meetings and to deal with correspondence. Email: secretary@brllp.org

Treasurer: Steve McConnell

To administer the Constituency account and the 100 Club competition and account. To record the income and expenditure of the Constituency Party.

Trade Union Liaison Officer: Ian Manion

To be the first point of contact for Trades Unions, to highlight Union campaigns to our campaign teams and inform Union branches of our local campaigns. To engage with local union branches and get them to affiliate. To encourage trades union membership within the local party.

Political Education Officer: Vincent McCabe

To work with branches and the CLP to plan policy discussions and to ensure we engage locally with national policy discussions at the best possible time. To compile policy information for the use of members and provide policy briefings to local councillors.

Press and Media Officer: Steve Newman

To plan regular external communications and ensure they are achieved. To initiate copy and to help finalise and distribute Constituency Communications.

Community Liaison Officer: David  Meagher

To make contact with local voluntary groups, charities, campaign groups and businesses to seek views and information and to arrange speakers for local party meetings.

Social/Fundraising Coordinator: Bernie May

To ensure branch Social/Fundraising teams are planning events and get-togethers in their areas and ensure they liaise regularly to create a schedule and share ideas and resources.

Social Media Coordinator: Freddie Tandy

To work with teams in each branch to publish relevant material on social media from our website and from elsewhere.
